What Easy Clarity 4 Growth does for your school

Everything your learning support team needs, in one place instead of scattered across shared drive folders.

01/06

One student, one screen

Notes, diagnosis, adjustments, goals, meetings, plans, timetable, and reports all sit on one page with tabs. No more hunting through folders or wondering which file is the latest version.

02/06

Fill it in once

Student name, year level, teacher, parent details and diagnosis are entered once on the student card. Every meeting form, plan and report then pulls from that same source. Change it in one place and it updates everywhere.

03/06

AI that helps, not replaces

Draft staff notes, suggest SMART goals, check if your NCCD documentation is ready for submission. AI writes the first draft and you review it. Names and contact details are replaced with placeholders before anything is sent, and confidential notes never go near AI.

04/06

Reports that write themselves

Download a complete NCCD evidence portfolio as a print-ready PDF. It only includes sections that actually have something in them, so there are no blank headings to explain. Tick the sections you want and click download.

05/06

Timetables that connect

Whole-school events, class sessions, and individual interventions in one view. Drill down from school to class to student. Each student's record shows their full weekly picture.

06/06

The right people see the right things

Nine built-in roles, from support staff who see notes and meetings, to classroom teachers who see their own grade, to leadership who sees everything. Set it once per person.

Have a click around

A working miniature of the real thing. Switch pages along the top, open a student, then generate their evidence portfolio. Sample data only.

How schools use Easy Clarity 4 Growth

From first login to NCCD submission, here's how it usually goes.

For parents & carers

What this means for your child
and your family

If your child receives extra support at school, your school may be using Easy Clarity 4 Growth to plan, record and review it. Here's what that means for them, for you, and for the staff who work with them.

First, what is the NCCD?

Every year, all Australian schools take part in the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data on School Students with Disability. It's a national count of students who receive extra support at school, and it helps the Australian Government provide funding to schools.

A student can be included with a formal diagnosis, for example autism, ADHD or anxiety. They can also be included where teachers can clearly see a student needs extra support without one.

Both count equally. No child has to wait for a specialist report before support begins and is properly recorded.

Easy Clarity 4 Growth is used by school staff. Families don't need an account or a login. You'll keep hearing from the school the way you always have.

The advantages, in plain language

A year in your child's support

How the record builds up over a school year, and where your family fits in.

Start of the year

The new teacher arrives prepared

Your child's diagnosis or identified need, adjustments, goals and support history are already in place. The new teacher reads the record before day one, so you don't have to start the conversation from scratch.

Term 1

Your first consultation is documented

What you share about your child at the parent meeting is written into the plan. Your input becomes part of the record, not just part of the conversation. Meeting invitations and reminders come to you in advance, with forms prepared beforehand.

Every week

Support happens and is recorded as it happens

Class adjustments, intervention sessions and specialist appointments all appear in your child's weekly view. Staff record notes at the time, so nothing depends on remembering it later.

Mid-year

Goals are reviewed and updated

Progress against each goal is rated and reviewed, and goals are re-set so they stay realistic and challenging. Wellbeing is tracked alongside academic progress.

Any time you ask

A clear written summary

The school can produce a complete, well-organised summary of the supports your child receives. It's the kind of thing that helps at paediatrician and specialist appointments, with funding applications, or when moving to a new school.

End of year

Everything moves forward with your child

The full record carries into the next year level, or to a new school. Support continues without a gap, and the funding your child relies on is backed by complete evidence.

Questions families ask

If something here isn't clear, your child's school is the best place to start. They hold the record and can talk you through it.

No, it's a staff system. What changes for you is that the meetings, calls and written summaries you already get are now backed by one complete record instead of notes kept in several places.

Yes. Ask the school. They can produce a clear written summary of the supports and adjustments your child receives, and share it with you. Your rights to access your child's personal information are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Many schools send families a short acknowledgment form when they start using the program. It covers where information is stored, how AI is used, and the fact that your child may be included in the NCCD. Your school will provide this directly; it's their form, not ours.

Only the staff at your child's school who work with them. Access is controlled per person and per role, every access is logged, and the most sensitive notes are restricted further still. Easy Clarity 4 Growth does not share student information with anyone outside the school.

More on how your child's information is stored and protected is in the Security section below.

Built for student data
from day one

NCCD records are some of the most sensitive information a school holds. We built Easy Clarity 4 Growth with that in mind from the first line of code.

  • Australian data only Student records, files and backups are stored and processed in Sydney, Australia, and never leave the country. That's enforced at the code level, so it's a technical guarantee rather than a policy promise.
  • Enterprise cloud, independently certified We build on major cloud infrastructure that already holds the certifications Australian government and education bodies require, rather than rolling our own. Each school gets its own separate space.
  • Encrypted and continuously scanned Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. The platform is scanned continuously by an independent security platform, and the current report is linked in the footer. A full independent penetration test is scheduled.
  • Privacy-first AI When AI features are used, every name and detail is replaced with a placeholder (Student 1, Parent 2) and contact details are stripped before anything is sent, and the AI retains nothing. Confidential notes have no AI access at all.
  • Nine levels of access control From support staff who see notes and meetings, to classroom teachers who see their own grade, to leadership who sees everything. Each staff member gets exactly the access they need.
  • Full audit trail Every view, edit, and download is logged with a timestamp and user. Leadership can review who has accessed any student's record at any time.
  • Automatic weekly backups Data is backed up weekly to secure Australian storage. Restore from any backup with one click if anything ever goes wrong.

Technology & data locations

A school's core data, meaning student records, files and backups, is stored and processed in Australia (Sydney) under Australian jurisdiction. The one exception is email delivery, which, like all email, is routed internationally to reach its recipient; the student database itself never leaves the country.

We deliberately don't publish a public breakdown of the individual services behind the platform. Schools, insurers and legal advisors can request our full Technology & Data Locations document and we'll send it through. It lists every service, who provides it, and exactly where the data is held.

Built by educators, for educators

Easy Clarity 4 Growth was founded by a Learning Diversity Leader and a software engineer who saw the same problem from different angles: NCCD compliance takes too long, and the tools schools have aren't built for the job.

REIDIO built the platform from the ground up. It's Australian-hosted and privacy-first, with AI that helps without compromising student data. Every technical decision starts with: "would a school trust this with their students' data?"

See how it would work at your school

We'll walk you through the platform with your own school's NCCD workflow in mind. No pressure and no hard sell, just a conversation about whether it fits.
